About Us

Hurley and Company was established in 1982 by Paul Hurley who is a qualified chartered accountant. The practice was established to provide help, advice and assistance to the smaller companies within the local area. We are always available to see new clients. We pride ourselves on our client service.

Since setting up the practice in 1982 Paul Hurley has trained a number of staff to various levels within the accountancy profession, including fully qualified certified accountants within the ACCA and accountancy technicians with the AAT.

Following his part retirement in 2007 the company was taken over by Sharon Hoare who is a fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with the ACCA. She has worked for Paul for some 20 years having started as an accountancy technician and progressing through the various levels of qualifications.

The company is now run full time by Sharon with the continued support of Paul as a consultant to the company.
